The course will emphasize problem analysis, efficient research strategies, and effective use of a range of legal research databases. Topics covered include administrative materials, legislative history, specialized subject resources, and electronic resources beyond Westlaw and Lexis. The course is strongly recommended for anyone wanting to strengthen their skills with legal research. A substantial portion of class sessions will be spent working with research problems.
