The enforcement of criminal laws relating to corporate crime continues to be a priority for the Department of Justice (DOJ) and an area of significant interest for the business community and the white-collar defense bar. Corporate crime sweeps in a wide range of conduct including both domestic and international forms of corruption, bribery, insider trading, market manipulation, and money laundering, through the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
