The main topics covered will include the following: drafting and negotiating real estate finance documents; understanding due diligence (entity documents, development permits and approvals, title, etc.); understanding financial covenants as they related to real estate secured financing; leasing; understanding the various types of payment and completion guarantees; and negotiating and drafting multi-lender and work-out documents.
