This seminar offers students the opportunity to write on a current tax policy issue of their choosing. The professors will guide students in choosing an appropriate topic and meet individually with students periodically throughout the semester to answers questions and check on progress. Students will present their papers to the group toward the end of the semester. Papers may be used to fulfill Penn’s writing requirement.
